SEOUL (Reuters) -U.S. Protection Secretary Lloyd Austin stated on Tuesday U.N. member states imposing the Korean Struggle armistice are involved that China and Russia are serving to North Korea develop its navy capabilities by enabling Pyongyang to evade U.N. sanctions.
