(Reuters) – The U.S. Securities and Trade Fee (SEC) has delayed its choice on the itemizing of the Grayscale Futures Belief ETF, in accordance with a regulatory submitting on Monday.
Grayscale joins a listing of corporations whose petitions have both been delayed or denied by the highest U.S. markets regulator.
Final week, the SEC denied a petition by Coinbase (NASDAQ:) International, looking for new guidelines from the company for the digital asset sector. Coinbase later stated it had filed a petition for assessment of the choice in courtroom.
The SEC additionally delayed crypto asset administration agency Hashdex’s Ethereum ETF on Monday, a separate submitting confirmed.
