Federal prosecutors in Manhattan mentioned Samuel Salman El Reda, 58, had coordinated Hezbollah’s actions in South America, Asia and Lebanon since 1993. The Iran-backed, closely armed Shi’ite group is a part of Lebanon’s coalition authorities.
