The UN Safety Council has agreed to name for ‘humanitarian pauses’ after a vital vote.
After greater than a month of Israel’s relentless bombing and on the fifth time of asking, the United Nations Safety Council has known as for humanitarian pauses plus the discharge of captives held by Hamas.
Three everlasting veto-holding members – the US, United Kingdom and Russia – abstained from voting.
Israel dismissed the decision as meaningless and continued its bombardment and floor assault on the besieged territory.
So, can the UN Safety Council cease Israel’s bombing of Gaza?
