(Reuters) – Kyiv officers accused Moscow of committing a struggle crime after a grainy video on social media appeared to indicate a number of troopers capturing two surrendering navy personnel who emerged from a dugout at gunpoint.

“The execution of those who surrender is a war crime!” Ukrainian human rights ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets stated late on Saturday on the Telegram messaging platform.
